Reverse Rotary Dial

Reverse Rotary Dial is a task that counts the number of sets. The input question should be Dial a number and the user should enter a number with the program responding with the digits.In this program I used split ,count and multiple for so that it continues to loop. Then I added if and append to sort it in the right order.Finally I printed the phone number in join. so it makes a list of the numbers.
